Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SuperChurch collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SuperChurch iOS app and connected services.

1. Data We Collect

• Account identifiers and profile fields (for example: name, display name, email).
• Church membership and role metadata (church, denomination, role, membership status).
• App content and operations data (messages, events, documents, attendance, ministry records).
• Technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Data

• Authenticate users and provide role-based church features.
• Operate, secure, and improve SuperChurch functionality.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot service issues.
• Enforce platform safety, policy, and abuse-prevention controls.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to run the app (such as Firebase and Google services), or where required by law, safety, or legitimate enforcement needs.

4. Storage and Security

SuperChurch uses Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Functions) and applies access controls designed for role-scoped church operations.

Website Demonstration Videos

Our public website includes demonstration videos hosted by YouTube. Embedded players use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Loading or playing an embedded video contacts Google; its handling of player and usage information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You do not need to connect a church account to watch these demonstrations.

Connected Video Accounts

Where video publishing is available, an authorized church manager can choose to connect a YouTube channel or Facebook Page. Connecting is optional. A profile link alone does not authorize publishing, and SuperChurch does not receive your Google or Facebook password.

With your authorization, SuperChurch uses YouTube API Services or Meta's Page APIs to identify your selected channel or Pages, upload the recording you select, and check its publishing status. We store channel or Page identifiers and names, encrypted authorization tokens, the title and description you enter, audience selections, upload progress, and the resulting video identifier and link. These records support publishing, retries and your church's Library. Publishing data is not used to target advertising.

SuperChurch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account and YouTube publishing data is used only to provide the connected publishing features you authorize, not sold or used for advertising.

The recording is forwarded in chunks through our Google Cloud service to your selected platform; this publishing flow does not keep a video archive in Firebase Storage. Selecting a video from Photos may create a temporary copy on your device. This is separate from ordinary Library file uploads, which are stored by SuperChurch. YouTube and Facebook host the published recording under their own policies. Facebook Page publishing is public; review your destination and audience before confirming a post.

You can disconnect a destination in the Library publishing controls. Disconnecting removes its stored SuperChurch authorization credentials and stops subsequent use; it does not delete videos already sent to the platform or erase publishing history. Account deletion also removes your stored publishing connections and upload records; limited aggregate abuse-prevention counters may remain. To request removal of stored publishing data without deleting your account, contact support@supermoms.info.

You can separately revoke Google access in Google security settings, or remove SuperChurch through Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Manage or delete a recording already hosted by a platform directly on that platform. See the Google Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Service, and Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Ads and Tracking

SuperChurch may show sponsored content and Google AdMob ads. When required, app consent and platform requirements (including ATT on iOS) are presented in-app.

6. Account Deletion

Users can request deletion in-app from Settings using Danger Zone → Delete Account. This removes SuperChurch profile and membership records. Limited audit metadata may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

7. Community Safety and Moderation

SuperChurch provides in-app message safety actions, including message reporting and block/unblock controls. Abuse reports may be retained and reviewed to enforce policy and protect users.

8. Children’s Privacy

SuperChurch is not intended for children under 13.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy over time. Material changes may be communicated in-app or on this site.
