How SuperChurch handles account, church, and app data

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SuperChurch collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SuperChurch iOS app and connected services.

1. Data We Collect

Account identifiers and profile fields (for example: name, display name, email).
Church membership and role metadata (church, denomination, role, membership status).
App content and operations data (messages, events, documents, attendance, ministry records).
Technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Data

Authenticate users and provide role-based church features.
Operate, secure, and improve SuperChurch functionality.
Provide user support and troubleshoot service issues.
Enforce platform safety, policy, and abuse-prevention controls.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to run the app (such as Firebase and Google services), or where required by law, safety, or legitimate enforcement needs.

4. Storage and Security

SuperChurch uses Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Functions) and applies access controls designed for role-scoped church operations.

5. Ads and Tracking

SuperChurch may show sponsored content and Google AdMob ads. When required, app consent and platform requirements (including ATT on iOS) are presented in-app.

6. Account Deletion

Users can request deletion in-app from Settings using Danger Zone → Delete Account. This removes SuperChurch profile and membership records. Limited audit metadata may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Deletion applies to SuperChurch account and membership data handled by this app.

7. Community Safety and Moderation

SuperChurch provides in-app message safety actions, including message reporting and block/unblock controls. Abuse reports may be retained and reviewed to enforce policy and protect users.

8. Children’s Privacy

SuperChurch is not intended for children under 13.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy over time. Material changes may be communicated in-app or on this site.
