Terms of Use

By using SuperChurch, you agree to these Terms and the SuperChurch Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

• You must use SuperChurch in compliance with applicable law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Role-Based Access

SuperChurch provides church workspace features by role (for example: Head Pastor, Pastor, Leader, Member, Guest, and church-specific roles approved by leadership). Access and permissions are limited by assigned role and church membership status.

3. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, abuse, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful activity.
• No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass system controls.
• No uploading malicious, infringing, or prohibited content.
• Users should use in-app report and block features to address abusive message content.

4. User and Church Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SuperChurch a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, legal requirements, or security risks.

6. Account Deletion

In-app account deletion is available in Settings. Deletion removes SuperChurch profile and membership data, subject to limited security/legal retention.

7. Service Changes

We may modify features, update these Terms, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

SuperChurch is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
